Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout - otherwise, you may face delays.

Orders placed before the cut off time will be processed and dispatched the same day, while those placed after will be processed on the next working day. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us within this time frame to request the changes. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made as the order may have already been processed. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

At the moment we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery, however, if you require an urgent gift, please contact the team at support@play-magnetic.co.uk or via the Contact Us page

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details.

For any order delayed/lost or undelivered please inform us within 14 Days of your order bring dispatched so we can resolve the issue.
